Jury deliberated for 45 minutes. Really not much to look at other than 1st or 2nd degree robbery. Wonder if the judge will sentence today or reschedule.

If he gets 2nd degree, the judge could sentence him to a minimum of 2 years...not sure what that would have him out in due to good behavior. If he gets 1st degree, it's a minimum of 10 years.
