I read that article, and there is a link at the bottom for another set of "rankings" that is drastically different. Put LSU down to #41

You are a bright one Einstein!! Hopefully you read the whole report. UCLA, UC Berkley, Duke and Vandy came in ahead of LSU. yeah they are all Thug POS schools too. All of them because of a high amount of property crime primarily theft, NOT the student body just the proximity to high crime areas in metro areas.

This doesn't surprise me. When I was there we would get an alert at least once every couple weeks that someone was robbing people just off campus. The problem is that there is section 8 and a very poor area right next to a couple nice wealthy college kid areas. Makes for very tempting targets.
