Well it seems like the best in the league come from the Big 6.

eh, if you take his quote in context it's not a huge stretch. he doesn't say they're as good, just that they're as talented
"Overall guys are better, but overall guys are smarter," Cooper said on SiriusXM NFL Radio. "And that's the biggest thing: Guys are smarter. The talent level, to me, probably is about the same coming from the SEC. But they're smarter, so it makes them better."

I doubt it. Athleticism and talent are on par. Cooper said the difference is NFL DBs are overall smarter which means they don't blow coverages or get caught out of position near as often.

Well it wouldn't be if you did your part in the Conference the last decade.

You gotta read between the lines there.
What he was TRYING to say is that when he was in college he played right along side the best players money could buy.

Well, the guys at LSU and Florida he played against, and the guys he practiced against at Bama, are doing pretty well in the NFL so yeah.

There is you and there is Amari Cooper.

Of those two, one has played against SEC and NFL defensive backs. The other probably peaked in middle school. The best players in the league come from the SEC. They don't get more talented, they get a better understanding of the game. You fricking idiot

While all of that is true, some of the best corners in the NFL aren't from the SEC.

Chris Harris (shut down Amari Cooper twice), Aqib Talib, Josh Norman, Darrelle Revis, Richard Sherman, Jason Verrett, Malcolm Butler, Desmond Trufant... None from the SEC.

The defenses in the SEC are as good as the NFL. But the offenses aren't.
