Is he a big name, A-list DC. NO.
Neither was Les Miles an A-list HC when we hired him and all he did was take LSU on it's most successful ride ever.
Let's give this some time to work itself out. Next season will tell if he's good or not.

I believe that people can get better and improve at anything in life, but I don't like the hire right now.
