I remember seeing him strut around at a basketball game in NOLA when he was too "hurt" to play.

He went to a rival high school of mine. I watched him play basketball, and he was phenomenal, and he was the starting QB. He won state as a QB and I think he won the basketball state championship too then. His high school was Bethel HS in Hampton.
Amazing player. With issues. His mom lives down the street from my parents in Yorktown, the house is literally crumbling down.

Still? Think he would have helped mom out a little.

He's there to give tips on domestic violence. Like Cris Carter did for the rookies

Him, Kobe, Garnett, Kwame Brown...those guys were the reason I quit giving a frick about the NBA. 80's and early 90's there were some great games. But guys like Iverson....ugh.
I realize many will post about the irony of that coming from a Kentucky guy, but I don't particularly care what our guys do in the NBA either. If they do good it just means more recruits want to play here. That's about all it matters to me.

Now you just need Janzen Jackson to sit with Iverson and the atmosphere on Rocky Top will be perfect.

Not at all surprised. Birds of a feather, you know.
