It really is a great article.
"The NCAA might opt to accept these penalties and move on, content in those penalties and sanctions enacted by the university — but it’s difficult to envision a scenario where the governing body stands pat rather than enforcing more stringent and crippling consequences."

And we haven't even gotten to Tunsil yet. Man oh man. Happy Memorial weekend

They requested more time before the hearing so they can conduct an internal review baw

It sounds like they investigated what they knew of at the time. They are now having to investigate the most recent concerns about the statements that he made.

Freeze cheats, pays players and then acts like he is such s man of "character ". Very sad. Freeze would resign if he were a man of character.

Is it not ironic that on the same day a former High School coach who took Baylor to unbelievable heights has brought them crashing down and will be fired along with his coaching staff. Unfortunately, unlike Penn State, the Baylor players won't be able to transfer without sitting out a year.

The Reb Coach and Former Baylor Coach are a great example of the Peter Principle. (Bama grads, you may have to look that up)

When we terminate the contract of Coach Freeze we will offer Tom Brokaw. We all know he beats the shite out of Alabama.

The fact that apparently OM Administration lied to NCAA about payments to Tunsil in original investigation, is going to really hurt OM.

These self imposed penalties don't have a chance of satisfying the NCAA. We are talking long term bowl ban, more schollys lost, and Freeze, Assistant AD, AD, and some other coaches fired.

They also misled their own fan base. But yes, lying to the Ncaa was asking for it. Over 3 years of investigation and still going on for a reason. You spit in the Ncaa's face and lawyer up when the Ncaa has the evidence was a dumb move.
