Ok the rules are 14 on offense and 14 on defense. Each team gets one player on the offensive team and one on the defensive team and you have to fill out every position(i.e. have to have at least 5 off. linemen). Everyone will disagree on who should be on it, but hope it brings a good discussion.

My attempt at this:

Offense

QB - Payton Manning Tennessee
RB - Hershal Walker Georgia
RB - Bo Jackson Auburn
TE - Kellen Winslow Missouri
OL - John Hannah Alabama
OL - Richmond Webb A&M
OL - Laremy Tunsil Ole Miss
OL - Bob Gain Kentucky
OL - Alan Faneca LSU
WR - Lance Alworth Arkansas
WR - Percy Harvin Florida
WR - Sterling Sharpe SC
WR - Eric Moulds MSU

Defense

DL- Reggie White Tenn
DL - Tracy Rocker Aub
DL - David Pollock GA
DL - Dennis Harrison Vandy
DL - John Abraham SC
DL - Art Still KY
LB - Derrick Thomas AL
LB - Patrick Willis OM
LB - D D Lewis MSU
LB - Wilbur Marshal FL
DB - Yale Lary A&M
DB - Roger Wehrli Missouri
DB - Steve Atwater Arkansas
DB - Tommy Casanova - LSU

Several players on your list didn't play in the SEC.

He didn't play in the SEC. An all-SEC list shouldn't inlcude non-SEC players.

Ya I think you could swap out the Bama OL and put in Mike Pouncy for FL, and Julio for Bama.

A lot of good players that would normally be on the list miss the cut because of the rule structure. Eric Berry would normally be there but OP considered R White the better choice from Tenn on defense. Is a hard jigsaw puzzle to put together if you follow the rules.

I'm putting Tyrann Mathieu on there.

No matter what.

Tommy was a freak. I'm still picking the Badger.

But I can't argue this.

He's one of the best to ever play the game on any level.

I pretty much agree. But, at the college level, Trammell would start at quarterback.

Get rid of the DBs that didn't actually play in the SEC and put in Champ Bailey.

well the problem is that according the rules in the OP you can only have 1 player per school on each side.
