This is both strange and concerning, as now we will likely see more of them.

meh, I don't care to watch a 5-7 p5 team beat up on some insignificant football program in front of a few thousand people, don't know why it bothers so many people when you can just simply not tune in.

I have to yet to watch a single play of a bowl game so far this season... I wouldn't even know about the controversy at the end of the Indiana game if my phone hadnt sent me a push notification... Lookin forward to watchin Dakota run wild one last time though.

I've watched a couple. Some really bad football on display.

Yet they all finished with losing seasons.

Not impressed.

I guess their opponents didn't wanna be there.

BTW, did anyone else hear the whining Okie fan on Finebaum today?

There's realistically little difference between a 5-7, 6-6, and 7-5 team.

They're all crummy and could all beat each other.

A stronger conference 5-7 team is probably superior to small conference 8-4 type schools anyway.

A 5-7 G1G Nebraska team beat an 8-4 UCLA team from the vaunted PAC 12.

Hmmmmmmm

so you are "concerned" that there may be more bowls in the future. how about ISIS, world hunger, stupid politicians, high taxes, etc, etc.

are these little pesky issues concerning you too? or is it just football programming that you actually can simply not watch.

Strength of the Pac 12 is a complete myth, weakest p5 conference despite Fox and ESPN's best efforts.

Pac 12 is 4-1 in bowl games so far and has 10 out of 12 teams in.

Utah beat a BYU team that lost to Missouri, Arizona beat New Mexico by only 8, Washington State barely beat a shite Miami team with a coaching staff already headed for the exit, and Washington beat Southern Miss. None of those wins are indicative of a strong conference.
