Alabama, why do you employ terrible people as coaches and administrators?

Just saw this story of how Bama is blocking the transfer of a women's basketball player that has graduated, Bama didn't admit her into their MBA program, Bama doesn't have a masters program in her intended field, and she's got a brother on kidney dialysis, and a mom with heath issues working two jobs to make ends meets.
Pretty shitty of Bama on all accounts.

When Bill Battle was hired/appointed as the new AD I was kinda excited for him because of his connections/Collegiate Licensing Corp.
But he is bringing a lot of bureaucracy to the administration. He has even banned the use of our school athletic logo by our club sport teams.
I believe this will get corrected but the attitude of the department is wrong on a few counts.

That's so ridiculous. frick the CLC. The whole cabal is set up not to allow a start up or the little guys to even have a chance at being in the game. It really fricks over fans that have a great amount of knowledge of the schools and the passions and what will trigger a purchasing response from a fan. This how you get all the fricked up merchandise we see all the time, wrong colors, wrong names, screwy premises to merch.
