UGA will likely have shaky QB play still, even in october. Crowd will be insane. Our defense should be hitting its stride and we're pretty solid everywhere else across the board.
Not sure what to expect from bama's QB but it's still saban and bama so I'm sure they'll be strong.
I think this is the game to gauge just how good we are since the first 4 won't tell us much. If we win, or even hang in til the end, I'll feel alright going forward. If we get blown out we're in for a bad season.

Strength against strenght...defense usually wins these types of games.
Bama - 24
UGA - 13

When Georgia has the ball:
Alabama will have one of the best run defenses in the country. Chubb is good, but Alabama can contain him. Georgia's QB will have to play really well to win. Being at home will help him.

One thing that I think is underrated is bama's O against our D.
We will definitely have issues on offense simply becase of our QB. I know that going in. But I think bama is going to struggle in their own right against our defense. Pruitt is no joke, and I fully expect us to hold bama in check. I can easily see a 24-21 type game.

Blackout repeat. Richt shits himself and asks Saban to autograph his hat before the game.

would be a great rivalry if played every year.

Dawgs will show up to play imo. May not win, but they'll be ready.
Equation is pretty simple imo. Bama will make us throw over the top to win. Do so, we'll win- like tOSU. Don't do so and we'll lose. Bama's secondary will decide the game....unless there is a fluke or two that tilts it.
My bigger concern is the following week vs UT in K'ville. Trap game if there ever was one. Beat Bama and I think our odds of beating UT drop significantly.

Will be the opposite of when lsu went to Athens. This will be two defenses slugging it out in a close game.
I could see it ending up like the Alabama game last year in Fayetteville.
Whomever wins special teams has the best chance at winning the game, I don't see either offense having a ton of success against the opposing defense.
I'll be there, I'm 4-1 in SEC road games. I like our odds

Georgia will be able to run with their big online. Chubb will break a few. Alabama is going to be balanced on offense. Maybe Georgia D can force Cornwell to make a few mistakes, though. Alabama secondary will be improved. I'll pick Bama due to Michael Bennett acl tear.
