I was okay with this analysis til I got here. That's an EVEN, at best.

Otherwise, solid post.

If you think that's an honest comparison, you are most certainly an Alabama fan.

Not a single Alabama DB would start at Auburn, huh? Not even Cyrus Jones? A second team All-SEC in 2014 and preseason 1st Team A-SEC.

I get it. I know the Alabama secondary hasn't lived up to expectations the last two years, but Jesus.

We're talking baby Jesus here, his legs aren't long enough to hammer home those 30 yarders more than maybe 1/4th of the time. Compare that to our kickers' 1/3rd and you can see the obvious advantage.

Now if we're talking teenage Jesus or even tween Jesus all bets are off.

Well, since I don't know who's kicking for y'all this season I had to fall back on my knowledge of the history of Razorback PKs, and it always seemed to me that hitting any kind of clutch kick would take some sort of divine intervention.

So perhaps you can see why I felt like Our Lord and Savior might have an advantage, even if kicking from a manger wearing swaddling clothes. After all, He's got The Big Guy on His side.

Not a fair comparison. Christina Aguilara is not a free safety - there's nothing free nor safe about Christina. A few years ago she would be a tight end, but now she's just generally Offensive.

Hmmm forgot all about this thread. Looks like some aubs got upset at reality. Understandable if the only wins you get are based on a luck that is incomprehendible from a chance and numbers stand point

Oh come on now. Both young men played high school football in the state of Alabama pretty much concurrently. You should know this. In high school JJ was clearly the more mobile of the two rushing for 700+ yards his senior year in 6A going against 5 star prospects. Coker on the other hand, had 355 yards rushing his senior year against 5A. Let me put it in perspective for you. Coker managed about 5.8 yards per carry. Jeremy averaged 6.72 yards per carry.

Your analysis is laughable because it is so biased and homeristic. But you would have us believe Coker and JJ possess the same mobility? Come on man.

JJ also as a senior in HS had a yards per pass average of 16.1. Coker as a senior managed to get close to that but his was a little lower at 16.0.

Coker has a stronger arm? I don't think so.

By the way JJ passed for over 3000 yards his senior year. Coker managed 1500 his senior year.

But why stop there? Let's look at what limited information we have for college shall we.

Going with your ridiculous "arm strength pulled out of your arse" argument,

JJ has a yards per completion avg in college of 15.05

Coker has a yards per completion avg in college of 11.83.

Hmmm. Not looking good for your opinion
