They want to showcase Vandy's stadium upgrades.

Just kidding...there are no upgrades.

I think every SEC team is required to get some CBS air time.

The only other game that could be a possibility is MSU-UGA.

Mason's going to drop the anchor down on Alabama's face.

I disagree. If Vandy beats K state, they will be undefeated and likely ranked. A lot of people want to see what the Vandy qb can do against a good defense. I think most fans of SEC schools will watch except the ones playing at the same time.

The other options were:
UMASS @ UT
MSU @ UGA
AU @ Mizzou
UF @ UK
La Tech @ USC
Syracuse @ LSU

The Aggie/Hawgs game wasn't an option.

Alabama will win handedly but the score will make it look a little closer. 27-16 Bama.

MSU @ Georgia would've been a good one on CBS IMO

The only guideline they have is that they can't show any team more than 5 times in a single regular season, but they aren't obligated to show any team.

Mason usually puts together a pretty solid defense. Wouldn't be surprised if they look competent for a large part of the game. But at Vandy being able to score 16 on Bama. If their offense wasn't so shitty, they had a shot at 10-2 or 9-3 last year. Their defense kept them in a lot of games but the offense just couldn't get over the hump.
