Sorry, I go to sporting events of all kinds to watch the sport in question. I have friends that went to A&M and I have been to a few games in College Station. I was even persuaded to go to midnight yell practice one time to see what it was all about. I just never understood the need to do all of that extra stuff when a game is going on that should command your attention.

1. I love it. I wouldn't trade it for anything anybody else has. You bring a hot girl with you to watch the game to kiss when the team scores, you don't go to a football game to watch cheerleaders. You go to watch the game!
And Yell at the opposing fans/team. That's what Yell Leaders are for. What's the point in going to a football game if you're going to watch cheerleaders and be quiet? You might as well stay home or at the tailgate.
2. I know all the core yells by heart, every few years one group will bring back an old school one, but generally I've heard that one, too, and just need a little refreshing.
I've never heard "sky rocket" or "fifteen for team"... my personal faves are:
1. Spirit of Aggieland(the yell at the end)
2. Locomotive.
