Agreement with the ACC

Would you support a deal with the ACC to match-up teams for at least one game a year in addition to the power 5 requirement we have now? This would shut up the other leagues that bleat about playing 9 conference games, yet keep the 4 home-4 away even conference schedule. You could continue the already yearly played rivalries (UGA-GT, USC-Clem, UF-FSU, UK-Lou) and then create a rotation for the other schools that don't have a rival in the other conference.

Sounds like a good idea but Bama would get Wake Forrest and LSU would get FSU...

This sounds fine IF they match teams based on last years conference record

Step 1, OP, is to stop playing FCS teams. Especially in Nov.

Won't even take that long in a couple of months. They'll be the OPs once they find a ref to complain about. Don't get it twisted, I'm not trying to single out LSU fans either. People complain about refs way too much.

I'm tired of the ACC.
The only 3 interesting and challenging match-ups are FSU, Clemson, and Georgia Tech. Auburn has played those three schools a combined 160 times. It's been done.
We play Louisville in a couple weeks which is okay, but not exciting. I wouldn't mind playing UNC, but one game and I'd get my fix for another 30 years...
I'd rather see a matchup I haven't seen before. Go out west and play pac-12 teams AU has no history with, like our scheduled series with Cal.
Even Big 12 and Big Ten would be favorable to the ACC at this point.

Nah, Vandy already has a precedence for playing Wake. The SEC endedthe series by moving the UT game to the last week of the season.

I don't care who Auburn plays outside of Clemson and the shitty other 1/2 of the ACC. I would love for home & home series against Miami.

I would enjoy playing FSU again. As a kid the FSU-LSU series in the late 70's early 80's was great fun to watch. Always liked going to those games specifically. I like their chants, their band, and the horse, flaming spear etc. I was in Tiger Stadium when it rained oranges when I was a kid. The field was littered with them after the game. Good times.

Again, the rest of the teams would rotate with a home and home. The rivaries will be maintainted
