Alabama played a extremely physical game with LSU just the Saturday before. They came out with a last minute win in the game they had circled on their schedule. The game took a good deal out of both Bama and LSU.
Your team came into Tuscaloosa the next Saturday, caught Bama flat, and ran up a three score lead pretty quickly. Once Bama got into it, you were very fortunate to just barely hold on for the win.
But I'm sure in your Aggy mentality you think you got their best from the get-go and manhandled them, right?

I'm confused. Is this some sort of explanation for the performance against MSU last week? Was UT Chattanooga LSU's superbowl this year that took a lot out of them? Strange way to give credit to the Mocs for their physical brand of football but ok...
