Aggies took the game over in the 4th quarter because they were the better conditioned team.

There is a lot more to football than seeing how many cheeseburgers the linemen can eat.

You can get away with that in the Big 10 but not in the SEC.

Yep. It's about discipline. A disciplined, conditioned team will be able to perform in the 4th quarter. Hogs just didn't have anything left in the tank.

(Edit: I'm kidding. Great game, Hogs!)

Ags "took the game over" because of that bullshite tripping call.

I agree, porking and being a fat fricker won't get you there. Just because you eat a bunch of chips and cookies does not mean that you can finish an entire game of football.

Conditioning really showed in the fourth quarter. When you think about it, it's kind of pathetic that Arkansas got tired. It's not like they go up tempo or anything, bringing down the play clock to 3 seconds on every fricking play.

Sorry but good teams figure out how to win. Bad teams lose to state at home.

Who knew getting sketchy calls from the officials was figuring out a way to win.

What call was sketchy, exactly?

Are you counting the non-call facemask on the A&M RB?

Which one? He did it twice on the same fricking play. For no reason.

Our OC became too predictable and left our D on the field too long in the fourth quarter. Good job by your DC to make the correct adjustments as the game went on

And as Auburn knows, we are pretty thin at some positions , so fatigue can be a factor late in the game if we don't execute our gameplay well.

And even despite those factors, we are one questionable tripping call or one late dropped snap away from having prevailed

Yesterday was a battle between evenly-matched teams. Congrats on the win; you deserve it.

But in two years we have completely closed the gap between our two teams.

I can live with that.

I think it was non-call on the personal foul against Kenny Hill in the first quarter on the Arkansas sideline. That is what he is upset about.

Why would I be upset about aTm needing help from the refs to be Arky? I find it amusing.

First, the tripping call wasn't "sketchy". He intentionally whipped his leg around to trip our defender. The only sad part is that it wouldn't have affected the play anyway. Overall, it was a piss poor performance by the refs (Trey Williams getting his head rotated 90 degrees by the facemask that wasn't called), but I don't think the refs necessarily favored one team over the other. Besides, we shot ourselves in the foot the whole game (Josh Reynolds dropping passes that hit him square in the hands) and still managed to hang around.

It wasn't lack of conditioning, it was lack of depth. We still need another good recruiting class before we get where we need to be depth-wise. Our back 7 on defense is very thin and I think that showed in the 4th quarter.

Did that negate a TD? Seriously, I think a TD being called back has a little more bearing on the outcome than a incidental face mask.

y'all lost because you are one dimensional.. 5 punts and a missed FG in the second half(not including the stuffed OT)

Second half and OT was 7 failed drives and 1 td on a long run.

Halftime adjustments. Y'all made them, Auburn made them.

We didn't in either game.

So our thin defense eventually tires.

I think we need a new OC, but that's just my opinion.

To the majority of you Ags that can be good sports, congrats on the win

Disagree. Y'all did well offensively, the only screw ups in hindsight was the clock management late in the 4th.

I think it was more a case of out offense just finally started to connect on passes. The defense was stout.

If you want to call the tripping call 'sketchy', would you also agree the facemask non-call on our RB in the 3rd was sketchy as well?
