Wow, beating Miss State by a smaller margin than we did the week before sure has you guys feeling great. Thats good. Your bitter tears of disappointment will be even more delicious. You would think that at this point in the season the pattern would have clued you guys in that maybe you should save your trash talk until after you play and beat us.

Your team got burned by LSU's inconsistent offense plagued with a juggling act of personnel. A&M fans feel good because they have a more consistent offense, but they don't remember it's doable to shut down. LSU managed to once they took the time to adjust, as did UF.

I think most (rational) A&M fans (granted, sadly I'll admit that those can sometimes be few and far between) are just glad that this season has been the total disaster many "experts" thought it would be. It's nice to be in the top 15 and have a puncher's chance come Saturday, instead of being .500 and expecting a raping.

Please ignore all the tard Aggie fans expecting a win or talking shite to Alabama like we somehow own you guys.

We'll just lay down for you, mighty Gumps. I don't think we'll win, but I do think we have a shot.

Love the 'wider margin' comment. Which really should be the same margin if the SEC refs didn't have the IQ of an average Bama fan and could get the calls right, even when they have instant replay to help them. Not to mention you got them at home.

A freshmen QB is not going to be effective going on the road against Alabama. The crowd will be in it and Bama's D will confuse the hell out of JM.

We did get burned, but we also burned ourself. Most of your points came off turnovers. You can't expect to turn the ball over 5 times, miss 3 kicks, and get a TD called back for a penalty and expect to win. And we were still within 5 points.

I'm not expecting to win this game, but we have to eliminate turnovers and penalties, and we have to be able to throw against the Bama secondary when their DEs play contain, like UF and LSU did. I think JFF has progressed the last two games. If we can do all those things, we have a puncher's chance.

I guess you've been burning yourself since RC Slocum was on the sidelines.

Full of reasons for failing, aren't we.

That's A&M for you. It's never because they just weren't up to the challenge. It had to be the weather or the earth's rotation or something. Glad you guys are still perfect.

Were you celebrating before Bama bent you over in the last minute of the game? That had to suck.

RC Slocum's A&M teams regularly curb-stomped the LSU Tigers, to the point that LSU decided to quit playing us.

Talk about fail.

I keep looking for all these Aggie fans that are saying we will crush Bama. Outside of a few obvious trolls they don't exist.

What are we supposed to do? Cry in the corner and wait for our beating? A&M is still 5-0 on the road this year including 3 SEC wins. We didn't just beat Auburn or State either, we destroyed them. All 12 First Half Drives resulted in either a TD or a FG Attempt in both games before we started to call off the dogs in the 2nd half. LSU beat us and deserved the win but the difference was the 5 turnovers and yet the game was still very close.

BTW, the margin may have been slightly more in your game but we at least equally dominated State. We were up 31-0 before they scored and put up almost 700 yards of offense. We left 13 points on the field with a BS fumble into the EZ call and 2 missed FG's that would have made the score even uglier. State could do nothing offensively until well into the 2nd half when the game was over. Oh, and we did it in Starkville.

A&M has a great OL. We have great RB's and solid WR's. We have a dynamic QB. Our defense has been very solid overall and we have an elite DE with Moore. That is all still less than what Bama has but we have a shot to catch Bama after an emotionally draining win while our team is firing on all cylinders. If we lose? Meh, never expected to win this one anyway. If we keep it close? Bummer, but at least we have something to build on. If we somehow win? EVERYTHING changes, the after shocks for A&M, the SEC, and to an extent the national picture all shift.

So yeah, we have reason to feel good.

right. And how much hardware did that put in your trophy case?

This is what I mean. You guys are so used to underwhelming that you are shortsighted and live off of every crumb or morsel of a moral victory that you can.

You don't see how pathetic this is? Especially for a program that is trying to pass itself off as being "elite" or "a contender"?

Sometimes it's best to just shut-up and play. Earn your respect. You haven't accomplished anything in this league against a team with a pulse this year. You won the games that you should have won.

At least we know our offense will be fresh...they took the last half of the LSU game off.

LSU loss to Bama at home and is still BCS ranked #7.

A&M is ranked #15.

Who gets more respect?

Just like a pussy to brag about something someone else did, but your soft arse team couldn't do on your home field.
