They have always been the other team that I like in the SEC. Top notch programs in all sports. I have a blast in Gainesville, cool fans, fine arse girls, and the annual football game is always one that I look forward to a lot. I even tried my best to find a hint of hate after the weather fiasco that we ended up losing anyway, but nope, still like Florida.

Here's to a fun game tonight.

Same.

I think it's because their students wear t-shirts to games instead of coats & ties like gay Ole Miss.

Well, that nice. I have no love nor hate for the Gators. Just kinda dislike them as I do all other teams in the SEC not named LSU.

We have a rivalry bereft of hatred. I don't give a rip about hurricanes, we should and almost always do respect each other.

Our athletic departments' stories are actually pretty similar.

Anyway here's to a great game this pm boys.

Not sure we've ever had someone like Foley.

UF's athletic program (particularly non-revenue sports) is something to be envied. They've concentrated all of their facilities in the campus core, have incredibly strong academic credentials, and Gainesville is low-key one of my favorite SEC cities. I wish Baton Rouge had an Italian restaurant to rival Manuel's, and if you're a freshman trying to get drunk, Midtown is like a cleaner version of Tigerland.

Overall, I have to say I like them. Their students aren't as passionate, likely because of the recent academic strides the university has made, but your old school UF fans who hate UGA more than FSU are as legit as SEC fans come.

But tonight, frick em'.

I don't like Florida, but I respect them. It's hard to deny how good their sports program is.

Just like LSU, they have some fans who are absolute jackasses. Unfortunately that handful of dipshits seem to post the most on this board

The UF alums I know IRL are actually good people. They've got a great Athletic Department and we usually have good games against each other. You can't take this board seriously, it's a haven for trolls of both fan bases unfortunately.

I do not root for UF, but I do respect them as a program. I've always had positive visits to Gainesville and I have always met positive fans in BR.

With the exception of 51-21 and 41-11, pretty much every Florida-LSU game since the turn of the century has been physical, back-and-forth, and often unusual football. Always a lot of fun. I have mad respect for LSU even if I abhor the way many of their fans approached the postponement situation last year.

Lmao says the guy judging what another dude wears to a game, then post a pic of a bunch of UF guys with their shirts off and painted bodies. You sure you're not the gay one?

Do not let a small group affect that. I did not think it was a big deal. I enjoy playing Florida and have always respected there athletics program. Oh and the women are smokin hot!!!!
