Seriously. Push away from the keyboard. Ask the boss for the afternoon off. If he's gone already, slip off if you can.
Go hit the bar or stop off and buy a few cases to make it through tonight and tomorrow. Meet up with your bros or fam if you can.
But just walk away from tSECr for now. We're all embarrassing ourselves.
