A hard to believe statistic regarding Bama's offense...

With the game tonight, Bama set a new Saban-era record for rushing yards in a season with 3,214, and still at least one more game to go.
Kinda hard to believe, considering all the griping we've done about not running it enough, and considering the great RBs we've had over the years, and mostly in pairs.

Bama kind of has the running back by committee like LSU had in 2011, so most don't realize they're running the ball great because there is no one guy with ridiculous stats. But good luck stopping their backs.

Only because that's what Auburn rushed for against arkansas.

Still not as many yards as Pete Rose has hits - not impressed

epic gif for this thread and I doubt you even realize it. Nacho guy draws all the attention, but the real star of this gif is houndstooth ball cap old man in the background with the famous line, "Lets go, we need to run da bawwwl"

"Run da baw" guy is exactly why I posted it

For comparisons sake: (I'll know I'll get jumped on for this but who cares)
Auburn 2010- 3,987 (One more game than you've played in)
Auburn 2013- 4,596 (playing one more game than you have now)
Auburn 2014- 3,321 (in the same number of games you've currently played.)
Auburn 2016- 3,342 (One less game)
Yes I know. I only included the good years. I'm not saying anything crazy like Malzahn > Saban. Just numbers for comparison.
The bad years tended to be around ~2,500

Because the almighty Hurts threw for 2,400?
2010- Cam threw for 2,800
2013- Marshall threw for ~2,000
2014- Marshall threw for 2,500
2016- Threw for ~2,000
