No they aren't in. The playoff committee places a big emphasis on being a conference champion.
The only asses that will be chapped are aTm when they are ranked behind all the other conference champions.

Realistically, Washington needs a loss for A&M to be in at 11-1.
To keep from having to play Alabama in a 1 vs. 4 game, both the Big Ten and PAC 12 champs need to have 2 losses.
