I've posted this before, but things were different then.

The Big12 has done itself no favors. They say one champion, but they screwed themselves....plus, now that they may get left out on an annual basis, it may be time to dissolve.

UT, Baylor, TCU and TT to the Pac12......16 teams
ISU, Kansas and KSU to the Big 10........16 teams if you want to ditch ISU or Kansas...they have trouble filling their highschool stadiums.
OU and OkSt to the SEC.......................16 teams
WV joins ND to the ACC.........................16 teams

Each Conference champ is given some incentive like a bye or home field. While the other four seeds gives room for a team like Boise State/UCF/Marshall in years past a chance for keeping them from biting your ankles.

SEC 1Bama
ACC 2FSU
PAC16 3ORE
BIG10 4OSU

Atlarge Mid Major if Boise were top 12
Atlarge Mich State
Atlarge Baylor
Atlarge Miss State

You can make the bottom four up...don't get panties in wad. TCU would be out because they would have not made it to the Pac16 CG.

Colorado State/BSU or some mid major has to play some harder process to get into the playoff by winning a mid major championship of some degree seen below.
