Just think. Mike Sherman managed to go a whopping 25-25 with Von Miller, Ryan Tannehill, Luke Joeckel, Jake Matthews, Cedric Ogbuehi, Mike Evans, and Johnny Manziel.

-The fact that he waited until midway through Tannehill's junior year to pull Jerrod Johnson and start him
-The fact that Franchione signed both Tannehill and Von Miller
-The fact that he redshirted both Mike Evans and Johnny Manziel (and would have benched both in 2012 had he still been coach)
-The fact that it took him seven games and an injury to a starter to finally start Jake Matthews in 2010
