The winners don't flip...the losers of the second round game does... but yeah you're right it doesn't guarantee an Sec team in the final since a non sec team can be flipped over to the other side and that non sec team can win out from the losers bracket.

Auburn's been living on borrowed time and I think their luck runs out in OKC. I look for LSU to get revenge and for Auburn to actually be the first SEC team eliminated.

I wish I had his confidence, but I agree with him that I like the matchup. This LSU team looks a lot more like the team that beat #1 Florida and run-ruled Oklahoma more, than the team that went into a slump during the back end of the regular season.
Like I said earlier-the WCWS is wide open this year. There's a lot of young, really good, not great teams this season. Michigan could be that one dominant team, but I think all of the SEC teams are on equal footing.

Who cares what you did against Florida in March. As far as I'm concerned everyone is 0-0 entering the WCWS - any one of these teams can take it.
