Do the Tigers have a legitimate chance at making the playoff if they can find a way to beat Bama?

FSU, OSU and Baylor all look to be playing very "loseable" games.

I hope so. We have shaped to be a better team that the 3 game stretch of Indiana, USCjr and Georgia we had.

Mizzou fans were predicting 6 wins after that. It's been a great end to the season.

Not high enough. Even if the Tigers get past Alabama, we've got to get in and then win two more games.

I'd take it at 60 to 1 or higher, otherwise it's just chucking money out the window.

No. The committee looks at quality wins. If they beat Bama, whom is their second-best victory over? 7-5 A&M or 6-5 Florida?

No disrespect Mizzou fans but it is imperative BAMA beats Mizzou on Saturday.

If Mizzou wins we will not hear the end of "Well Mizzou got beat by INDIANA so the SEC really is not that great of a conference."

I have nothing against Mizzou but why did you have to lose to a BIG 10 Team?

You're probably right.

However they would have the best "first-best" win.

But if OSU loses, I'm not sure that you'd put in Baylor just because their second best win (Oklahoma or KSU) is stronger than Missouri's. Missouri's schedule was definitely tougher top to bottom.

And if Baylor finds a way to lose too, then it's really Wisconsin and KSU you'd be comparing Missouri to, neither of which had a harder overall schedule

I don't care about another Alabama national title run. I want to see a conference championship. It isn't likely but if it does happen, I will be perfectly fine with the SEC being left out of the playoff.

If mizzou wins the committee is gonna be fuked. What do they do? Leave the best conference out? Leave the conference champ out? Take the 2 loss team they just beat. Day fuked
