LSU can only win games of the century I guess.

You can't call it a GOTC if you turn around and get shutout by 3 touchdowns in a rematch

Take it up with the media.

Still weirds me out that we have lost six, probably going to be seven straight against Alabama. We didn’t lose to them the entire time I was in college, so beating them seemed the norm and to this day I always just assume we win. And since I have connections to both schools and root for both, it never really bums me out so I forget about losses to them quickly, which won’t change my perception any time soon. Anyways, I really look forward to next game. It’s always fun.

When Saban retires
Is this what O meant by Hope and Pray? You hope and pray things change when Saban retires, all while ignoring what LSU was like under Les Miles after Saban left Baton Rogue.
Saban spent 5 years building in LSU and that lovable goof Les maintained it for another 6 years. By the time he retires from Bama, Saban will have spent 15+ years building. I'd expect Dabo could maintain that for a fairly long time (and if we hire a moron like LSU did, Bama will still be at least a top 10 team for several years based on the talent that is currently stockpiled in Tuscaloosa).

It's not just about talent. LSU is loaded with talent minus the QB this year. It's about gameplan, execution, getting in the other teams heads, etc.
Saban on the sideline alone is worth a +3 swing just for intimidation purposes. He is the best at getting the kids to execute and putting together gameplans. Hell we just heard for 21-0, he spotted a weakness in the LSU DB technique and exploited it on offense. How many coaches are that meticulous or put in the amount of work he does?
Yes you will be loaded for a while after he leaves and the pipeline will continue to flow, but will you have the same mad scientist/savant game plans? Will the next head coach work 20 hours a day? Maybe.
Appreciate what you have while you have it, the best in the business.

TM was one of the most dynamic playmakers in football that year but even he couldn't overcome a 5'8" frame. Norwood had half a foot on him and Saban finally let AJ play the game.

Yes, LSU is loaded with talent, but when they were loaded with Saban players, Miles was able to win at a clip of: 11-2, 11-2, 12-2.
Saban retiring doesn't guarantee LSU beating Bama. Even without Saban at Bama, the Tide still owns LSU overall in head to head.
