There are obviously quite a few big programs about to be losing their starting QBs after this season. How many of these programs have a QB with any snaps ready to go?

I know LSU doesn't. Jennings has barely seen the field.

The rest of the schools I have no idea on.

Bama?
Georgia?
A&M?
Missouri?

South Carolina has the kid that's replacing Shaw, but is he really that good?

Mason is a 5th yr sr who redshirted last year so that he could start next year. He has had some game experience in mop up duty but no meaningful snaps. I think he can do just fine considering who his supporting cast will be.

Probably not a horrible comparison. I expect him to do much better than Cox did though.

Tennessee will either go with the strong armed wiigger or the aeronautical engineering major with no eyebrows.

Both Elite 11 guys and looks like both are going to redshirt this year

I wouldnt count out Eddie Printz at all at this point. I think it will be a great battle between the two of them.

Who is this Printz that you speak of? I have not heard anything about him yet.

Mason is much more physically talented than Cox was. How he handles the role mentally is the major question mark. He knows the offense inside and out and can make all the throws, unlike Cox.

There will likely be a dropoff, but it shouldn't be too bad, considering that we'll probably have one of the best collections of offensive skill players in the last decade of college football.

RB: Todd Gurley, Keith Marshall, Nick Chubb, Sony Michel, J.J. Green (maybe slot), Brendan Douglas (maybe FB)
FB: Quayvon Hicks, Merritt Hall
WR: Malcolm Mitchell, Michael Bennett, Chris Conley, Justin Scott-Wesley, Reggie Davis, Tramel Terry, Jonathan Rumph, +recruits
TE: Jay Rome

ETA - we should also be able to cobble together a decent line out of Theus, Andrews, Houston, Beard, Dantzer, Ward, Kublanow, etc

Think we'll be in trouble if the job goes to Mauk. And even if it does, and does okay, I don't see him holding the job for his remaining eligibility.

Eddie Printz should be the frontrunner by next fall. And Hopefully we get a commitment from Lock in 15.

As long as Hill doesn't turn into Garrett Gilbert 2.0, we should be ok no matter what Manziel's decision is.

If he comes out:

Starter - Hill (SO)
Backup - Joeckel (RSSR)
Redshirt - Allen (FR)

If he stays: (Andrew Luck route)

Starter - Manziel (RSJR)
Backup - Hill (SO)
Redshirt - Allen (FR)

We do, not sure if he'll be ready to go next fall though. He's not that physical right now. The back up TE will be Jordan Davis, probably. TE is tough to jump in as a true freshman, especially in a pro-style system

Auburn might actually have the same starting QB 2 years in a row.
