LSU's Drew Alleman also missed a FG in that game.

From 54 yards.

Bertolet missed field goals from 33 and 52 yards.

If both kickers are perfect, that's STILL a net gain of 4 points for A&M.

Yeah and the other four sucked. 2007 the records may not show as much but there were strong teams. 2012 you have four shitty west teams(3 dumpster fires), at least 2 cupcakes, = 6 of their 10 wins

State was 8-5. They didn't suck. The West was plenty strong in 2012. So was the East. A&M and LSU both played, and lost to, the East co-champion, Florida. The other East co-champ took national champ Alabama to the wire in the SECCG. South Carolina won 11 games. 2012 was an incredible year for the conference with 6 teams finishing in the top 15 and even Vandy finished in the top 25.

When you start an off-season thread in week 3 it tells you everything you need to know about your season.

Way to dodge the entire rest of the post. You know you've lost an argument when...

Huh? Your post claimed state was good they weren't. The rest was about the east, which was off topic from my previous comment and the topic. Dodging a topic would be talking about how the east was "good" when we/I are talking about the sec west.

The West had three teams in the top 15 in 2012. You said they were "top heavy," thus not as strong as they were in 2007, when ONE TEAM finished with 10 wins. So is this you saying 2007 LSU was actually better than their repuatation because they played in a "stronger division" or are you just full of shite?

You also claim an 8-5 team "sucked." What does that make 4/6 teams in the West in 2007? An 8-5 team doesn't "suck." It doesn't make you edgy to say they do.
