Tyler Watts gets injured (again) and Andrew Zow comes off the bench to save the day and keep Alabama's slim bowl prospects alive. I say slim because there is absolutely no chance Alabama could beat Auburn the following week, right?

They had a unique demeanor with their broadcast. Like a gentleman's show if you will.

SEC Network is doing very well with their gameday openings. I like SEC games having a different feel from the rest of ESPN and others.

Agreed! The broadcast combined with those country arse Golden Flaaaake commercials made my Saturdays growing up lol.

My favorite Dave Neal call of all time

I'm envious of the Big 12/10/Pac 12 getting Fox for their primetime games. Gus Johnson is a boss

It would be weird if you DIDN'T miss the 3 Daves on JP.

I literally felt like puking when they beat us in the Swamp. My entire family is from east TN and some of them went to the SECCG already carrying roses and shite.

I like Gus too.. The SECN is for real though. The opening game of the year where they went silent at USC for a few minutes and had the crowd pump up song loud as frick was epic, and an awesome way to kick off football broadcast for a new station.

I agree, and getting Musberger was a coup on the network's part. People may like shitting on them but the SEC has two absolute legends in Verne and Brent calling conference games. Brent's understated manner is a great contrast to big atmospheres.

Hell yes it is. little shite he does like Bama vs. ND "Eddie Lacy, saddles up".. right before disembowling Notre Dames defense for a whole game.. That kind of shite etches in my memory. So what if he fricks up a name? He nails the big moments.
