unlike Rebs and Starkville, and (insert recruit X here) being sold to State, this tale of cheating is factual and fatal. I cannot nor will I say anything other than this.
Ole Miss is going on probation for a very long time. enjoy playing Larry yesterday to keep State from Atlanta. enjoy playing Larry so that you could give your fans a send off to New Orleans. enjoy watching a player who gave your program the finger kneel at the goalpost so your "family" could be fooled again. He and his family could care less about you.
Save it.....repeat it..put in on the bunker.........mark my word and my reputation (which means nothing at all in the true sense of the word after all..this is an internet board for goodness sake..VBG)
You are about to be publically humiliated and punished harder than any College Football team in history..except SMU.
Freeze will be stricken from your record books. All wins, championships(*), and records will be gone. You will spend a decade at the BOTTOM of the SEC West, and financial hits will devastate your entire school (note..not the AD alone).
You will reinforce your reputation as the most corrupt college program in history. You will be forced to change the name of your "field". You will lose to State for a decade if not more. And finally, if leadership can be brought to the forefront, (and yes, this is the only prediction about which I cannot put forth what I consider strong evidence), you will be kicked out of the Southeastern Conference in a unanimous vote.

Go ahead and get your "conspiracy theories" ready..go ahead and try to figure out how you can claim NY6 championships that were rightfully stipped from you..go ahead and focus on how you will bring down State, your singular obsession in life.

All these non LSU teams from the SEC need to get the death penalty. We're clearly the only ones running a clean program these days. :-D

It'll be 30 for 30. Not nearly SMU because you have to be a repeat offender at the least to get the Death penalty and I don't think anybody ever would again anyway but it's going to be interesting. Heck, just Freeze going to Ole Miss raised eyebrows due to his stuff in Memphis. It will be interesting to hear about the meetings, when it was decided to go big, who were the major money men, and hear the journalists talk about what an exciting time it was but something had to be done as it was spinning out of control. we will hear about when the NCAA first started snooping and the bleeding heart Rebel alums and administrators who tried to stop it. I hope the couples in Memphis who adapt football players come clean about what, what, when and how. THAT would be the most interesting part. If I were Ole Miss brass, I would have done everything I could to keep that movie from being made. That shows how the Rebs had thrown caution to the wind by that point.
