That you don't have to pay players, cheat in academia or recruit gun toting players to be at the top of the SEC.

Arkie would do great in the FCS. Might even make the playoffs... Could probable win the MEAC, but Savanah State or South Carolina State might be challenging.

Makes Florida look like choir boys. Avoid Orangeburg at all costs if you value your life.

Their band is fun as hell to watch, tho.

This sounds exactly what goes on in Fayetteville.

0-0 in conference play. It just doesn't get any better than that. (Not for Arkansas anyway.)

Maybe they need to pay the fans to show up. Only 35,000 show up to a 55,000 seat stadium with a metroplex population of over 270,000 people is just a tad embarrassing don't you think? I know, Thur. night game, shitty opponent, etc. but for a state where anything Razorback sports related is king I would have expected a better showing.

What is the story with this, Arkansas fans are typically very loyal.

There has to be a story behind this.

The story is no one wants to see fat Bert on the sidelines so they stayed home.

after a few generations, as illustrated by the OP, the genetic factor stops becoming important

The strength of the SEC and not the old SWC is finally settling in with them imo. i.e., realism has set in.
