LSU is in there, the formatting is messed up and it's on the same line as Alabama instead of under it.

Maybe because Oregon the highest revenue AD at $196 million is not even listed

Different methodology probably. I've used the Equity in Athletics Database (Department of Education) before in research and the way they collect and report data is probably different than the way USA Today reports it.
