/would Co-Head Coaches ever work in college football.

Say you had a strong AD like Saban and then you hired an offensive head coach like Kiffin and a defensive head coach like Kirby. would a situation like that ever work.
It would somewhat allow the AD to make coaching changes as he saw fit without scraping the entire staff. it would be more like they were all just employees of the University.

That is like saying two CEOs should run a company or two Presidents should run an institution. Just doesn't work. You must be young.
