The Pride of the Southland pays a visit to the Vols football players after practice. They play Rocky Top, the players goof around, and Fulmer speaks. What's not love about that?!?

Quel surprise!! Tennessee's band played Rocky Top. Next thing you know the Vols will wear road construction orange jerseys.

You know UT would improve their gametime atmosphere by 10 fold if they didnt play "Rocky Top" literally after every other play. And i actually like the song.

What are they supposed to play? The Orange and Blue? Dynamite? Tiger Rag? Workin' on the Railroad? Whatever Alabama plays?

This will probably be the only time you hear Rocky Top this season anyway. They hardly ever play it.

Maybe the Vol band when they take the Tennessee players out from prison to pick up trash along the railroad.

OMG. I have to pop a nerve pill before watching anyone play Tennessee. Hearing that song after every damned thing they do is just sickening.

Poor knock. That song comes from the "Battle Hymn of the Republic" which is not the same tune as "I've been working on the Railroad." The Show Band of the Southwest plays "The Eyes of Texas Are Upon You" which is the same tune as "I've Been Working on the Railroad."

I hate Tennessee and Rocky Top more than anyone, but to see them come to a practice and have some fun is pretty cool. As a former member of the Million Dollar Band at Alabama, I can appreciate this video even though it is Tennessee. We played for the team a couple of times in the indoor practice facility to 1) get practice and 2) let the team go through drills with noise. Seeing the players at the very end going through and high fiving and thanking the band for what they do as support was cool and made me appreciate it like I remember it was when I was at Alabama.

Now that I was somewhat nice...........

Rocky Top, you'll never mean, One DA** thing to me........
I HATE ROCKY TOP..........GO TO HE** TENNESSEE !!!

I always have little chuckle at the Cocktail Party when those stupid Georgia rednecks don't realize their band is playing a Yankee civil war tune.
