The other way to look at it is your D is so bad, it made your QBs look good.

If Harris starts next year lsu's gonna be deadly. The defense was dominant and the running will always be good. I think lsu and auburn are gonna be the two top teams in the sec

I saw some of the scrimmage highlights earlier. LSU quarterback play definitely looks improved

I was surprised how well Nick Fitzgerald looked at qb. 6'5, 215. He wasn't recruited much because he wasn't a qb until his senior year and was in a wishbone offense. His team won the spring game. We also have damian williams who has been our backup the last two years and has a cannon. Then there is elijah staley, who is the biggest of the four. This might be the most depth at qb at State in history, which doesn't mean much, but is very promising.

I was also surprised that Dontavian Lee appears to be our best back.

I was a little surprised that we have the best defense in the nation, especially after losing Flowers and Philon.

Good surprise: our running backs are big and fast.

Bad: receivers somehow dropped a lot.

Walk ons. First team defense gave up 6 points only, and looked good.

Nothing really surprised me from the Bama spring game, at least not off the top of my head.
