Missouri is not going to the Big 10.
Leaving the Big 12 was an easy choice after the conference was simultaneously longhorned and Beebeed.
Smart Big 12 would bring in Cincy, Memphis, and Central Florida asap. The real Big 12 will waffle about before adding Houston, SMU, and Texas Women's College.
The Big 10 is gonna be left with UConn and a lingering hard-on for Notre Dame.

I don't know how you can say that. Mizzou is making more money than ever before, lot's of upgrades going on, football season ticket sales are increasing, we are on the SEC network all the time (something the Big 12 doesn't have) we are tapping into fertile recruiting grounds that never would of happened without the move, we are in the best conference, we had full membership from day one. Not seeing a problem here.
If you are referring to winning a NC, only one team can do that in a given year.
