I was watching the NCAA live feed and following an online score tracker.

I'll post the links for tomorrow for the championship.

I can't believe OU still finished first after taking TWO falls on the beam.

Our ladies have to really bring it tomorrow to win.

So we'll get a chance for 116 against Auburn tomorrow. We only beat them by .025 tonight. I'm nervous.

Yep.

And if the head bars judge hadn't requested one of the other bars judge to re-score one of our gymnasts, the streak would have ended tonight.

In the 23-year history of the NCAA Super Six format, Alabama has advanced a record 21 times. #NCAAWGym #RollTide

This is pretty badass.

Also, look at the results tonight.

#1 Oklahoma had to count a fall on beam for the first time all year, wrecking their score.... and they still beat us.

NOW... Alabama had issues of their own, two underclassman forgot key elements of their routines (very freaky, not a common happening at all). In theory, if we'd had an average beam rotations and OU still fell, we'd have been much closer (possibly even passed them).

Alabama has the talent to been in contention to the last rotation, and not too many lucky things need to happen to take us all the way.

First rotation -

Alabama - Vault
Auburn - Bars
Florida - Beam
Stanford - Floor

Oklahoma and Utah start with a bye.

Alabama will go vault, bars, beam, floor.

Much better rotation order for us tonight.

not a bad start... what is truly a weakest rotation? obviously i get beam has the highest potential for multiple large deductions. i've been a little slack on following our strong vs weak rotations this year

I would say beam.

Utah just MURDERED the uneven bars.

Georgia Dabritz just got her second 10.0 and they scored a 49.575, highest score on a rotation so far.

Oklahoma had a middling performance (for them) on the floor with a 49.175.

That's good for us.

Up next -

Oklahoma - vault
Alabama - bars
Utah - beam
Florida - floor

Auburn and Stanford have a bye.

Alabama with a solid rotation on the bars.

Waiting for Florida to finish the floor to see what the standings are after all teams have two rotations under their belts.

Florida just killed it on the floor.

After two rotations, Alabama still within striking distance.
