Adel/Cook Co Youth Baseball

Tonight was the opener for my son's Youth League Baseball team. He plays for the Braves, sponsored by 1st Franklin Financial ... they beat the Marlins 18 - 1. Michael, my son, went 2 for 4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He drove in 3 runs, and had 1 stolen base. He also pitched for 2 innings giving up 1 hit, no runs, with 3 Ks and no walks. Proud of these boys! The drive to the Championship has begun!
