Did the Aggies Screw the Cocks, And Did That Put Us in a Sticky Situation?

This thread is not about Kenny Trill killing them last season. Even Spurrier was talking down their expectations last offseason.
What I am talking about is what happened in 2012. We stole their AD, which screwed them. Why? Because their baseball coach demanded the job (despite not having AD experience that I can see) which has meant their baseball program doesn't have a good coach anymore. Plus this new AD obviously isn't the top of the heap because Will went to Auburn (and he can't hire a good coach in his sport).
But its not just the Cocks that got screwed, us Aggies dislike this new AD. Not only was he trying to push back on our delusion that we can consistently fill 100k+ seats, but he has stepped in on Sumlin's discipline while not stepping in to fire a basketball coach that deserved it. So far the only thing our AD did that was good (overpay Sumlin) might not have been his choice.
So am I right? Did we screw the cocks and get screwed in return? Did we mess up two ADs in one move?

OK Sarge, I get you disagree with my AD assessment. I honestly dislike the 95k thing more than any coaching choice as it shows he doesn't fit our culture. But each to their own.

If by screw you mean establishing dominance over them for the next several years as our cross divisional rival. Yes I think we have done that. They have great support though and the SEC contracts gives them finances with which to play around. I think spurrier retiring will do way more damage than Hyman leaving did.
