These two old men were holding each other and consoling each other after that game on the down ramp. As I walked by they yelled at me and flicked me off. I just laffed at them.

In Atlanta, I taunted my brother and friends who were LSU grads and fans that I was having a Rose Bowl party after the game. We didn't talk to each other for a few months.

Forgot about Casey Clausen - I went to HS in East TN while he was playing. Dude came to my prom with a fellow players little sister and people threw cotton balls at him for loosing to K-State in the '00 Cotton Bowl.

The worst loss of the modern era of UT football was the SEC title game that year.
Clausen shouting "we're going to the rose bowl!" After the Florida game should have been a clue as to what was gonna happen against a Nick Saban team. I had an ominous feeling going into that game and I was sadly correct.

That's an odd stance, considering Tennessee beat LSU earlier in the season.
