Memphis transfer Nick King tells ESPN he plans to visit Ole Miss and Arkansas
There was rumors that King was headed to Arkansas back before he even announced his transfer intentions, this is the first confirmation we've had of any schools he's interested in. King would thrive in either system. Anderson wanted him bad out of High School. I know there has been talk of Tennessee since Barnes got there as well.
Arkansas is also in on probably the biggest transfer of the offseason, Nigel Williams-Goss is leaving Washington where he was 6th in the Pac-12 in scoring(15.6 PPG) and 2nd in assists (5.9 APG)

Is Portis coming back? I haven't kept up with Arky. Not hogsessed, don't even post dickbutts anymore.

We really do not need him. We need point guards and bigs badly and we only have 3 schollys.
The Harris and Kings of the world would be nice but we currently have 0 point guards on the roster.

Nigel Williams Goss article and it sounds like Gonzaga will land him.
I don't see anywhere in that article that sounds like Gonzaga will land him.
How exactly did you come to that conclusion when it says

It would not be surprising to see Williams-Goss follow Wesley’s path to Spokane, Washington, as senior Kevin Pangos will be graduating at the end of this year, leaving a need at the point guard position for Mark Few. Only time will tell where he will go, but look for him to make an impact wherever it is.

doesn't look likely. if he goes pretty sure we can take both guys in the OP. if he doesn't go we can only take one

If we get nick king I really think we could be a better team than last year. Josh pastner handled his situation horribly. Very very good player

He also handled the Dominic Woodson and Antonio Barton situations horribly.
Kuran Iverson, another top 50 player, also just transferred to Rhode Island from Memphis.

He wouldn't let Woodson play because he said a cuss word. I mean I understand trying to keep morales but that is kinda excessive

Hopefully he visits SLU.

Dominic Woodson is a frickup.

@JonRothstein: Washington transfer Nigel Williams-Goss told @CBSSports he is considering UNLV, Texas, Georgetown, Michigan State, Arkansas, and Gonzaga

I think he has some strong ties to some guys who are at Gonzaga.
