Interesting. We need ball handlers. So that's good. Let's hope this is a positive.

This would be good news.

I am enjoying reading TB where everyone is saying people are coming and going with no proof of anything whatsoever.

He has moves, ball handling not so much.

Yeah. He struggled with pressure a little bit. But theoretically, he's a ball handler.

I'd say this is great news. Not so much because Isabell is a great player (I do think he'll be a solid player for us) but because it speaks more to the relationship between CKA and the players. Clearly CKA and Isabell had issues this year, but Isabell staying tells me he either respects Anderson and understands the message he was sending or they've really improved their relationship. Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part??

Struggled against the press...but alot of his mistakes seemed like typical "freshman mistakes."

Hopefully he has learned what KA expects from his suspensions and can become a team leader.

He's got a lot of potential. He seemed to have terrible body language on the court and off it at times though. Hopefully he can work through what seems to be some maturity issues and become a consistent contributor.

I will say even as an inconstant freshman, he shows great promise to be one of the best 1 on 1 offensive guards i've seen in a while.

Yea cut down on the spin move & develop a runner and he could be leathal. Would love for him to develop into an instant offense guy off the bench.
Although it's possible that he starts next year.

Well theoretically I'm a ball handler, so there's that

Sorry you threw a slow one down the middle.

Agreed. I like him. Hes quick, he can get into the paint and he also has nice outside shot.

Most of his issues were just bad decisions and playing out of control. Those things, theoretically anyway, get better with experience.

So who are the players with the highest risk to leave?

If all this year's freshman stick around it may turn into a good team down the road.

I think MGC is the only real risk at this point.

Bello may be leaving, but I'm not sure that hurts us.

Good post. I hope it's a positive as well. The irony hasn't gotten past me that the 1 kid who didn't cause any trouble all year left and the one who arguably caused the most trouble or had the most egregious offense stayed. Hopefully that means the message is getting through as you say as opposed to the healthy parts leaving and the cancers staying.

I thought I heard Bello was about 90% gone as of last week.

Also MGC has been doing some recruiting as of late to get players at mizzou.

Hope you're right about MGC. I know he tried to get Bryant to come. What I hope isn't the case is that if he could convince him, then he'd stay. If he couldn't convince him, he'd go. Hopefully the positive MOJO has started.

I heard it was around 3 players, not just Bryant. hopefully this doesn't backfire and he realizes no one wants to play here for a reason.

If Bello couldn't crack the lineup last year I see no reason why he would want to stay, nor would Mizzou fans want him to stay...I guess it depends on who you can recruit at this point.
