Here's the deal w/ Pass
He knows his fit is with Auburn and he likes Auburn the best. He is under a shite-ton of pressure from UL (with his brother already being there) though and his mother does like the idea of both sons being at the same place. He won't end up anywhere other than AU or Louisville though.

The reason I stepped away from being a recruiting junkie and wait for Signed letters before I get into who is coming to Auburn.
I now get entertained by watching reactions of fans on every interview, tweet, rumor, Instagram, snapchat that comes across the wires. Not to mention how much the recruits are starting to troll now.

I am not sure this is new information. Ryan Bartow claims North Carolina and Alabama have always led, even though Jawon Pass himself said Auburn and Louisville were his leaders last time he made a public statement about his recruitment. I don't know much about Ryan Bartow personally, but I remember a lot of Florida fans saying he was often wrong when he predicted Martez Ivey to Auburn. Of course he was wrong about that prediction

Why would he want to go to bama just doesn't seem like a good fit for him as a player.

Bama is running a pseudo spread now. Kiffin got Saban to buy into the system.

Alabama runs the "who the frick knows" system. Apparently we are trying to get Jake Fromm to commit for 2017, and he is a pro-style quarterback. I guess it just depends on whoever wins the job is the type of system we will run that year

Jawon Pass couldn't go wrong in either system. I'd almost rather have Woody Barrett right now since Pass's recruitment doesn't look like it will settle down anytime soon.
Alabama has a more pressing need for a recruiter than a quarterback who will contribute immediately. I see Barrett as probably being the better recruiter, as Pass may not settle on his school until later in the process. Plus we have terrible luck with kids from Georgia. Outside of Blake Sims, most of them get in some trouble before they leave UA.
