So the following are left from the SEC:

Saban
Malzahn
Miles
Bert
Spurrier
Richt
Pinkel

Will be interesting to see how they have that group ranked...

And Dan Mullen hasn't ? Look at what he did last year? Mississippi State had NEVER been ranked #1 in the nation in school history and had NEVER won 10 regular season games either.

Is this list backwards or something?

Should be interesting what the top 25 comes out to be. I'd love to see tSEC Rant's predictions for the top 5
I'd bet Nicky is the only SEC coach in the top 5. Prolly have OBC, Les & Gus top 6 - 12, Richt & Pinkel top 13 - 18, Bert just in top 25...

So the entire list is based on one head to head game between Freeze and Mullen OK

Were they factoring recruiting ability (advantage Freeze), notoriety (Freeze), and ability to save lost souls (Freeze)?

Eta: Freeze is 2-1 against Murlin

Dallas, what's your guess for the top 5?

I'm going:

1. Saban
2. Meyer
3. Jimbo
4. Briles
5. Dantonio

with Patterson on the outside looking in.

This is what I was think as well. Couldn't decide between Briles and Patterson.

Or that Freeze is 2-1 against him, beating supposedly superior teams.

I would put Patterson above Briles and Datonio.

Curious to see where they put Harbaugh.

Really depends on what they value. If it's longevity they'll give the nod to Patterson, but it's hard to ignore what Briles did with the worst Big 12 program. That's why I think they'll give him the edge.

Unlike Briles, Patterson doesn't wet his pants in major bowls.

He's brought FSU from mediocrity to a NC and a playoff birth in back to back years. He's going to be on the list

Yeah are they looking at career as a whole or who'd you want right now? That will go a long way in determining where they put spurrier.

Easy to do when you have an average sos that's outside of the top 50.

Chuckle all you want at Jimbo being in the top five, but he is 58-11 in Tallahassee and is recruiting like a powerhouse program should.
