Ole Miss
Maybe UGA

Om has been a bubble team every year under AK. Moody, Perez, Saiz, and Colbey are back. We should be good down low and should be competitive.

I think we could make the NIT if we land Gray and a 5th year guy or two and then return to the real tourney with regularity starting the following year.

Sounds realistic. You're not known for sunshine pumping

Unless Barnes lands a couple of big recruits, UT is gonna be near the bottom of the conference. Tyndall not being able to recruit during the season is going to kill us.

Barnes may well surprise. The thing about basketball is landing just ONE star player can change things for a team instantly. I don't know if Barnes will be able to do that but it's possible.

Even so, my expectations are low for next year given our current roster.

Your feels about UT basketball next year are my feels about UF football next season.

Florida won't be second. They will be a borderline bubble team.

Dammit Roady, you can't be BOTH my alter and V&S's alter. Or can you?

I agree with you about UF's potential season. Lots of questions but new coaches also open new doors.

LSU lost there best players, but add Simmons and Blankley. Possible top 20 team if JJ uses his bench more

Don't here many people talking about power forward Craig Victor, the La PoY in 2014 who went to Arizona and was 9th on that very good team in minutes played when he decided to cut ties in December. Victor will likely step right into the starting lineup at the semester break, just in time for SEC play. Even without the two JM's it looks like JJ will have at least a solid 8 man rotation with a 9th very possible. IF either of the two young 7-footers even moderately develop the Tigers could contend with Ark and UK for the league title IMO.

I'm not so sure...It only takes one injury (Nerlens Noel) to derail a team and their hopes.

Baseball isn't doing so hot, football should make it back bowl eligibility. Right now its basketball season still. Let me bask damnit

Well alright. You do raise a good point. But I would point out you can bask without being so abrasive (just a suggestion).

North Carolina, yes. South Carolina, no. Maybe you should worry about finishing with more than six conference wins first.
