Half the Teams participating were ranked in the Top 50 Nationally.

Nice win. The field was kind of weak though,The Cocks were the class of the field by far and proved it. -17 in the final round is strong.

Man it sucks that Augusta State has to use that abomination of a name (Georgia Regents University) after winning two national titles in golf.

That coach is actually out on the market, ripe for the picking. He went to SMU and left Augusta for SMU, then had to be fired for recruiting violations. Whoever picks him up is set

There were 4 Top25 teams there, and 7 of the Top 50 Teams (for a 15 team tournament.) I don't think that's weak at all.

And teams like Coastal Carolina, College of Charleston, and Augusta are always capable of winning tournaments like this, even without the ranking.
