Was a dumb hire in the first place. If our AD had not caved to the nostalgic old fans, we would not be in this situation.
He was dealt a pretty awful hand, but a team of walk-ons can win 8 games.
The fan base is pretty split on the ceiling for this year, but most believe that .500 was a pretty realistic expectation.
