I'll most likely be down here for the summer and not sure where any decent fishing spots are at?

Anyone?

I do but I'm not going to tell

Although they finished renovations of Lee County Lake out in Beauregard a couple summers ago, haven't been out there since though. I've heard it's nice

A little bit of both. I personally don't have a boat, so preferably bank fishing.

I was going to suggest Lake Martin. Which is why I asked those questions.

I have fished that lake a lot. Great lake..

Bank fishing Martin sucks : /

Though I've only gone around Paces Point and the Union boat ramp

Chambers County Lake used to rent boats, and i have bulled some #5+ from that lake. That was 20 years ago, but may be worth a shot.

You could still sell him baits. Dont be an a-hole.

Probably do better fishing bama style from the bank. M80's and hand grenades work great if you dont mind eating pieces.

I will second Chambers county lake. That was my go to lake. In the early to mid 90's I spent some time on Tuskegee City Lake. There were some nice bass there in the day.

Our fish are way behind. Water temps still suck.

I'll bite on this because I will probably never go back to Auburn. Graduated in 96 but live too far away now. What I'm about to share is priceless to the right person. The first spot is Chambers County Lake. Go to the creek that discharges from the lake. Follow it downstream until you come to a small waterfall with a big pool. Unbelievable fishery. The second spot is Gold Hill. There is a pond up that way. I won't say anything more about its location. But there is a guy that owns it who is really cool. If you bring him some filets, he will let you fish it. Good luck.
