It's crazy that a guy who was so seemingly disliked was able to stay in BR as long as he did.

Chavis' faults have been harped on for years by LSU fans, but we also recognized that he is a very good DC. The main reason he's taking the thrashing that he is from LSU fans is the way he left.

He was suppossedly a man of integrity and loyal to a fault, which now looks like a load of crap. In 6 years Les Miles got him a 300% pay increase from his 1st year to his last, and let him run the defense without any interference. In turn, Chavis left for a division rival for no other reason than he wanted to be paid as much as Boom. When LSU wouldn't pony up he ducked out the backdoor.

So why are we supposed to believe Chavis is lying and the LSU AD is telling the truth? It's not like the LSU AD hasn't had a past of ignoring contracts... O wait. Still waiting on that money from when LSU pulled the most chicken shite move in the history of college football and backed out of the contract because we were beating you thoroughly.

Did you seriously just blame the Big 12 for your irrelevance? Awww let me guess tflagship was holding you back? You A&M fans are so delusional...by far the worst posters on this site.

You would think that someone who's been on the losing end of one of Bama's cheating bitch slaps so many times would understand this better.

Who said anything about Chavis lying?

LSU and aTm settled the debt. It's time to move on from this tired argument.

I completely understand the conference bias. Trust us, just look at the scheduling. But we still have won one and played for two national championships since Saban has gotten to Bama and won two SEC titles. No excuses.

then he inserted Kendell Beckwith

Chavis did not put Beckwith in, trust me. Welter was his man the whole way.

but one of your Aggie buds said:

I think it's cool when LSU fans act like they have been winning Nattys consistently for decades

after your other ag bro said:

A&M 1.5, aka the Big 12 version, never had a chance to win a national championship. The 1.0 SWC version did, but that chance died when the Big 12 was formed.

So who has the better excuse? LSU has won a championship in 2007 and the 2011 championship team got absolutely screwed on its way to an undefeated BCS national championship season.

You guys are more delusional than I thought.

The fricking Aggies live on this got damn one liner. .....Yet when you look back in history of the series they didn't win a got damn decade except the 90s.....we fricking owned you and still do........5 fricking years in the 90s won't change it.

I do appreciate yall sticking out the 60 and 70s and 80s though.........That was a fricking blood bath.

In the two weeks I've been posting it's clear that LSU stays up in your dome.

Damn. I did not realize this.

At this point I'm not sure if the Aggies understand anything they try to talk about. Missouri has better adjusted to the SEC than A&M has. Who would've thunk it.

Kevin Steele called Miles and told him to put Beckwith in. Miles, who hadn't received such wisdom from a LB coach in years, immediately made the switch.

The whole fanbase was calling for Beckwith to be put in. Chavis kept Welter in until Miles forced him out. Chavis was vehemently against Beckwith at LB from the start when Kendell was dying to play mike. Shows how much Chief knows about LB play.

I'll just say this: At this point it appears as though we might have a top tier head coach, offensive coordinator, and defensive coordinator. We have Top 10 recruits 3 years running. I'm happy. We're excited. Bite our asses.

Welcome to the SEC, where all of those things are necessary to compete on any basis.
