I know its a little early, but Im pumped.
Back in the fall I bought a house on Ryan St in Auburn (easy walking distance to Toomers Corner & Campus) and start renovations next week. We will be doing Game Day Rentals this fall (when Im not there!) Renovations should be done in a couple of months and I will post pics if anyone is interested. 3 BR, 3 Bath, great deck, walking distance -- I cant wait to use it myself! If you're interested, respond, and I will keep you informed. I am a capitalist, so my plan is to make money, but you will get value for your dollar! Would love to find repeat renters. WDE!

Please post pictures regardless.

I'd like to imagine one day I can afford by own game day house...preferably on the east side college around the Moores Mill/Wrights Mill area.

Congrats. Always pleased to hear that people are making quality of life investments. We have some friends with a gameday condo right at toomers corner across from the Baptist life center. Literally right at toomers. So fun to visit on game day.

And of the 7 games, only 4 SEC and max of 1 big 5.
Bama/UGA in odd number years should be great.

Not sure Idaho, SJ State, and JSU will pull top dollar.

Enjoy the house, but I would not expect a profit.

Its all good -- If any of you want to enjoy it, I hope you will. I didn't say I expected a profit, just that I was a capitalist and like making money! I will use it a lot and rent it some.
When renovation is complete I will post pics. Would rather rent to AU family than visiting fans.

It is a great idea which I wish I could splurge on, but right now I just can't pull the trigger. what sort of range of pricing are you looking at 150 a night? 250 a night?

For Bama/UGA I bet you could get that, but you will be there for those!
